Diane has had many years of experience creating custom colored pencil pet portraits of many dog breeds and cats. Her work as a pet portrait artist is displayed in homes across the United States. The pet portraits on paper are created with an underpainting of watercolor and then rendered with professional colored pencils to capture the fine detail of each animal’s coat and markings.

In addition to the colored pencil version of her pet portraits, Diane has introduced pastel pencils on Pastelmat and acrylic paintings on gesso board. Phasing out the colored pencil versions of her pet portrait line, Diane is excited to offer these two new mediums to her clients for a one-of-a-kind pet portrait commission experience.
